Help Shape Services in Your Community
Every three years, our agency conducts a Community Needs Assessment to better understand the needs, challenges, and priorities of residents in Alamance, Rockingham, Caswell, and Person counties. This process is required under federal Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) guidelines and helps ensure our programs reflect the voices of the community.
Your feedback is critical in helping us identify:
The most urgent needs facing individuals and families
Gaps in services or resources in your community
Opportunities to improve programs and expand support
Take the Survey We invite all community members to participate by completing our short survey. Your responses are confidential and will directly influence services offered over the next three years.
